A clear agreement for every introduction.

Version 2026-10-22.1. Effective 22 October 2026. These terms cover approved partners introducing new clients to PerceptCore.

1. Joining the program

Apply at hello@getperceptcore.com with your name, agency, website, services, markets and proposed way of working together. Joining is free and does not require a purchase. Applications are reviewed manually.

Approval and your acceptance of this terms version must be recorded by email before a referral is accepted. We assign a partner ID and confirm the approved contact. Applying or sending a prospect does not by itself establish approval or commission entitlement.

This is a referral arrangement. PerceptCore agrees the service scope, contracts with and invoices the client. Partners cannot bind PerceptCore, collect payment on its behalf or promise guaranteed AI rankings, recommendations or revenue. Resale and white-label delivery require separate written terms.

2. Registering and attributing a referral

Send an email introduction or provide the business name, website, intended service and a contact you have permission to share. Tell the client that you may receive a referral commission. Share only information needed for the introduction.

PerceptCore checks eligibility and confirms acceptance, the client, your partner ID, the acceptance date and the expiry date by email. Only this written confirmation registers a referral. Tracking links and cookies do not establish attribution in this version of the program.

The client's first qualifying payment must clear within 90 calendar days after acceptance. The acceptance date is day 0; payment on day 90 is included and day 91 is excluded. Dates are recorded in UTC+7. An expired introduction requires a new written acceptance before a later purchase can qualify.

One partner can receive commission for a client. The first valid referral accepted by PerceptCore has priority. Later introductions do not override it. Self-referrals, clients who have already paid PerceptCore, and businesses already receiving a proposal or in direct commercial negotiations with PerceptCore before the introduction are ineligible. A previous unsolicited marketing email alone does not make a business ineligible.

3. Lens commission

The rate is 20% of qualifying Lens fees actually collected. At the current US$1,990 list price, full qualifying payment earns US$398. A discount, partial payment or refund changes the amount proportionately; an unpaid invoice earns no commission.

If the client starts a paid subscription within 6 calendar months after their first qualifying Lens payment, that subscription also qualifies. The matching calendar date 6 months later is included; where that day does not exist, use the last day of that month. This Lens-to-subscription allowance extends beyond the original 90-day introduction period.

4. Subscription commission

The rate is 10% of qualifying subscription plan fees for the client's first 6 calendar months of service, starting on the initial paid activation date. A subscription can qualify as the first purchase within the 90-day referral period or through the Lens allowance above.

For monthly billing, commission follows fees actually collected for service in that window. For annual billing, allocate the net annual plan fee evenly across 12 service months. Each completed eligible month earns 10% of its allocation; 6 completed eligible months therefore earn 5% of the annual fee in total. The annual commission is not paid in full upfront.

Plan changes use the actual eligible fees and credits for the affected service periods, without double-counting invoices. Cancellation or pausing does not restart or extend the initial 6-month window. Unpaid or refunded fees and service outside that window do not earn commission. A month without qualifying paid service earns none.

Subscription add-ons, separately quoted projects, third-party charges and reseller or white-label agreements are excluded from this program.

5. Calculation and adjustments

Eligible revenue is the service fee actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes, third-party costs, refunds and chargebacks. Payment processing fees are not deducted from this base. Amounts and commissions are recorded in USD and rounded to the nearest cent.

For annual allocations, retain full precision during allocation and round each commission portion to cents. Reconcile the final eligible portion so the 6-month total equals 5% of the eligible annual fee, rounded to cents.

Refunds and chargebacks reduce the commission for the affected fees. If commission has already been paid, record the reduction and offset it against future payouts. A negative balance is carried forward, rather than paid out as a new commission.

6. Statements and payment

Customer payments must have cleared for at least 30 calendar days before commission becomes eligible for payment. Annual subscription portions must also relate to a completed service month. We use the later of those two dates for annual portions.

We reconcile and pay eligible balances within the first 10 working days of each month. Working days are Monday to Friday, measured in UTC+7. Amounts becoming eligible during a payout month enter the next month's reconciliation. There is no minimum payout threshold for a positive eligible balance.

Each statement identifies the referral, invoice reference, eligible revenue, rate, adjustments and amount paid or carried forward. Payment method and receiving details are agreed privately before the first payout. Each party bears the fees charged by its own payment provider. Missing receiving details hold payment until supplied; they do not erase an earned balance.

Send attribution or statement questions to hello@getperceptcore.com, quoting the partner, referral and invoice references. We review the introduction confirmation and payment records before resolving an adjustment.

7. Records, updates and ending participation

Both parties keep introductions, approvals and payout records private and use client information only to arrange and deliver the agreed work. Partners may share current public PerceptCore materials. Client reports, logos and results require the relevant permission before sharing or publication.

Either party can end participation by email. Referrals accepted before that notice keep their recorded terms and eligibility windows, and earned balances remain subject to the payment and adjustment rules. No new referrals are accepted after participation ends.

Each accepted referral records its applicable terms version. Changes apply to future referrals after written notice and acceptance; they do not retrospectively reduce accepted referral entitlements. This version is 2026-10-22.1, effective 22 October 2026.
