A connected view of how AI understands your business.

PerceptCore Pulse is the monitoring and reporting view that connects visibility, positioning, recommendation behavior, and source intelligence. It helps teams follow observed changes after a Lens assessment and during ongoing Shift improvements.

Visibility and recommendations

A mention tells you that a company entered the conversation. A recommendation tells you that it was presented as a fit for a buyer's needs. Pulse keeps these questions distinct and supports comparisons across the relevant AI systems.

A percentage describes the tested questions and responses. It should not be read as the share of all AI conversations or the probability of a future recommendation.

Perception and positioning

Compare the identity you want with the categories and attributes found in AI responses. Use differences to investigate whether your business is being represented accurately and whether buyers are hearing the story you intend.

Competitive comparisons put those findings in context: the alternatives buyers ask about, and the associations that make one provider seem more relevant than another.

Source intelligence and factual accuracy

Source analysis investigates cited material and potentially relevant website content, documentation, directories, reviews, and independent mentions. Factual accuracy analysis checks observable claims against current supporting evidence.

Not every AI response exposes its sources. A cited page does not explain all of a model's behavior, and potential source evidence is not proof of causality.

Track changes with context

Follow visibility, positioning, factual accuracy, and recommendations over time. Interpret changes alongside the tested scope and the content or documentation work that happened between measurements.
